The terms and conditions of sale set out below detail the rights and obligations of the website publisher and customers.
Any purchase implies the buyer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
1. PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
- Prices displayed on the site are shown in euros, all taxes included (incl. VAT). Shipping fees, when applicable, are specified before order confirmation.
- Gravelpassion.fr reserves the right to change its prices at any time without notice, but products will be billed at the rate in effect at the time of the order.
- Payment for orders is made by credit or debit card via our partner Stripe, unless otherwise indicated.
2. DELIVERY AND AVAILABILITY
Digital Products
- The purchased documents are made available to the customer via a download link after payment.
- The customer retains access to downloaded content without time limit. This content may be updated or improved at no additional cost to the customer.
- Any resale, sharing, or distribution of the content without authorization is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action as well as removal of access to the relevant products.
Physical Products
- In-stock products: items are prepared and shipped within 48 business hours. Delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination.
- Pre-orders: some products may be offered on pre-order. In this case, the estimated shipping time is clearly indicated on the relevant product page.
- In the event of an unforeseen delay, the customer will be informed by email.
3. COPYRIGHT AND USE
- Gravelpassion.fr is a registered trademark filed with the INPI under number 4868537.
- All elements of the site (texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Gravelpassion.fr.
- Any reproduction, modification, or distribution of the content without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
4. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Digital Products
- Orders for digital products are firm and final. No exchange or refund can be made after access to the download link.
- However, the following programs are refundable within 14 days of purchase upon simple request by email:
- Mon premier 50km Gravel
- Mon premier 100km Gravel
- Mon premier 200km Gravel
- Mon premier 300km Gravel
Physical Products
- Products can be returned within 14 days from receipt, provided they are unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. The tag, if applicable, must still be attached to the product.
- The customer must provide proof of purchase to make a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
- An exchange can be made if the desired product is in stock. Shipping costs for returning the initial item and sending the new product are the responsibility of the customer.
- Products purchased on promotion or with a discount code are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
5. LIABILITY
- Gravelpassion.fr cannot be held responsible for the consequences of decisions made by the customer based on information provided in the digital or physical content.
- Results obtained by following the programs vary depending on the customer’s personal commitment and individual abilities.
6. ANTI-DOPING REGULATIONS
Gravelpassion.fr complies with the anti-doping regulations in force and disclaims any liability in the event of the customer’s failure to comply with these rules.
