Muc-Off Antibacterial Women’s Chamois Cream is formulated to limit friction between your skin, the chamois insert in your bib shorts and the saddle on bike rides.
This Women’s version comes in a 100 ml tube. Its thick texture allows for a generous application, either directly to the skin or onto the chamois insert, depending on your preference and the length of the ride.
Useful features
- 100 ml tube
- Antibacterial chamois cream, according to Muc-Off
- Women’s version
- Thick texture with good staying power observed
- Can be applied to the skin or to the chamois
- Price generally between €14 and €20 depending on the retailer
The cream is fragranced. This can be pleasant in use, but should be considered by people who are sensitive to perfumes or prone to reactions in intimate areas.
The 100 ml size lasts well in regular use. However, this Women’s version doesn’t come in the 250 ml format offered on some other Muc-Off products, which limits the value for high-mileage riders.
Tested by GravelPassion
In our testing, the cream was very effective at preventing chafing, with strong longevity and no adverse effects observed on bib shorts. Its main drawbacks are the added fragrance and the lack of a larger, more economical size.
