Canyon Grail RIFT: this suspension fork will surprise you!

When Canyon decides to push the limits of race-focused gravel, it doesn’t do things by halves. Enter the new Grail RIFT, a very special take on the Grail that, after a full 2023 rework, now gets a gravel racing-specific suspension fork developed hand in hand with DT Swiss.

Its name? F 132 ONE.

RIFT: Rough Is Fast Tuning

If the pros string together Unbound, Traka, or other 200 km epics as if they were riding on glass, it’s often because their bikes are built to absorb punishment. That’s where this new fork comes in: 40 mm of adjustable travel, an on-the-fly lockout via a PUSHCONTROL remote integrated at the bar, and above all progressive damping that avoids the pogo effect you get with some solutions on the market.

A (truly) integrated design

Historically, gravel suspensions have always had an issue: their looks. Here, Canyon and DT Swiss sweated the details: clean lines, integrated lockout cable, cables and hoses, and even well-thought-out fork bag mounts. In short, the Grail RIFT still looks racy, even with suspension.

A refreshed Grail 2025 lineup

This RIFT fork now features on the top-tier GRAIL CFR RIFT (Shimano GRX 825 Di2, GRC1100 50 mm wheelset, CP0047 Pro cockpit), priced at €7,999.

Beyond the flagship, the entire Grail lineup evolves:

  • CFR versions keep the Gear Groove Pro cockpit, now standardised
  • All CF SLX move to GRX 825 Di2
  • CF and SLX adopt narrower cockpits for a better aero position

2025 model pricing

  • Grail CFR RIFT: €7,999
  • Grail CFR AXS (SRAM Red XPLR 1×13): €8,499
  • Grail CFR Di2: €7,199
  • Grail CF SLX 8 Di2: €5,199
  • Grail CF 8 1by: €2,999
  • Grail CF 7: €2,399
