Three years after launching the first Racemax, 3T unveils a major evolution of its flagship model: the Racemax² Italia. A performance-focused gravel bike, completely rethought in its design, geometry and integration, and still made in Italy.

It incorporates innovative technologies such as Jazz Carbon, Filament Winding and Resin Transfer Moulding.
This gravel bike is built for performance with a 1.5% aero improvement and wide tyres (up to 51 mm).
The bike is available at prices up to €12,883, targeting a demanding audience and devotees of “Made in Italy”.
The Racemax² Italia is designed and produced in Presezzo, in the heart of Italy, at 3T’s factory.
Since 2018 the brand has reshored production of its high-end carbon frames there. For this model, it relies on its in-house process called Jazz Carbon, combining two technologies:
The result: a precise, stiff, durable frame with consistency from one frame to the next.
3T remains true to its ‘realfast gravel’ philosophy: a balance between efficiency and stability, designed for performance on fast-rolling terrain. Compared with the first generation, the Racemax² Italia adopts:
The goal: maintain an efficient racing position while allowing you to rack up long distances without sacrificing comfort.
Trends in gravel made it inevitable: the Racemax² Italia now accepts tyres up to 51 mm real width (WAM) in 1x setups, and 48 mm with 2x.
Despite this more generous section, the frame is 1.5% more aerodynamically efficient than the previous one, according to 3T’s internal simulations.

These touches follow a principle of purposeful integration – tidy to look at and genuinely useful.
The Racemax² Italia frame comes in at 990 g in unpainted size M, or 1,050 g in its version with the storage compartment, while the fork weighs 380 g. It uses a T47 bottom bracket.
The routing is fully integrated thanks to 3T’s in-house More Integrale technology, designed exclusively for electronic groupsets, delivering a clean cockpit.
Finally, 3T fits a CeramicSpeed SLT headset for exceptional durability, and the frame will take a 52-tooth chainring in a 1x setup with the 3T Torno Wide crankset.
The Racemax² Italia is available in four sizes (S to XL) and five colours (Ambra, Brezza, Smeraldo, Rame and ‘Project X’ black).

The Racemax² Italia continues the approach launched in 2020: offering a race-ready gravel bike, fast and purposeful, halfway between road and off-road.
3T is also continuing to develop the Extrema Italia in parallel, more focused on endurance and demanding routes. Two bikes, two approaches, but the same technical foundation.
With the Racemax² Italia, 3T confirms its status as an engineering-led artisan of high-end gravel.
This model ticks all the boxes of the modern race bike: aerodynamics, integration, generous tyre width and local manufacturing.
But with prices nearing €13,000, it clearly targets a demanding audience – competitors, purists or aesthetes of Made in Italy.
In a market often dominated by big industrial brands, 3T here opts for local know-how and technical coherence – a rare position… and fully embraced.
